Leaving everything else, one should take care of the body

Tuina
Archaeological digs reveal that tuina may have existed for over 3000 years. It is a form of massage used to treat specific illness of an internal nature and musculoskeletal ailments.

Tuina is believed to be the forefather of major bodywork techniques from Japanese Shiatsu (echo of life) to traditional Thai massage.

If Qi is not moving freely in the body, it is regarded as stagnating, and Tuina will use several techniques to restore the smsooth flow of or to dissipate stagnant Qi. Each technique has its own therapeutic effect on the body (and may be used repeatedly with a great deal of pressure, for a few minutes up to one hour each time).

Eight fundamental techniques exist :
 - Tui (pushing)
 - Na (grasping)
 - An (pressing)
 - Mo (rubbing)
 - Gun (rolling)
 - Qian (pulling)
 - Da (beating)
 - Dou (shaking)

These techniques are practised with hands, arms and elbows, and with a concentrated amount of strength.

Nature has been seen by God for Human Kind to exploit and use for its good purpose.
